A Community That Rebuilt Stronger After the 2013 Flood
Like much of High River, our complex was affected by the 2013 flood — a historic event that challenged the entire town. While the Highwood River rose rapidly and caused significant disruption, the resilience of the community shone through. Thanks to extensive restoration work, dedicated homeowners, and ongoing improvements, the property has fully recovered and is stronger than ever.
Today, the complex stands as a proud example of how neighbours can come together, rebuild, and create an even safer and more supportive place to live. Families moving here can feel confident knowing the community has been restored with care and continues to thrive.

Eagleview Estates aim is to provide a safe, welcoming, and family-focused community where neighbours feel connected, homes are well cared for, and families can enjoy the natural beauty of the Highwood River. Our community is committed to responsible management, strong communication, and creating a place residents are proud to call home.

Becoming a member of the Board of Directors is a great way to contribute to the wellbeing, long-term planning, and overall success of our community. Each year during our Annual General Meeting (AGM), homeowners are invited to put their name forward for a board position through a simple self-nomination process. Any unit owner in good standing is eligible to volunteer, and no prior board experience is required—just a willingness to participate, learn, and support your neighbours.
During the AGM, nominees are introduced to the community, and voting is held to elect board members for the upcoming term. Board roles typically involve attending monthly or periodic meetings, reviewing community matters, and helping guide decisions related to maintenance, budgeting, and future planning.
Serving on the board is an excellent opportunity to have a voice in how the community is managed, to meet fellow residents, and to play an active role in keeping our complex a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained place to live. All interested homeowners are encouraged to attend the AGM and consider putting their name forward.
Our AGM usually takes place in-person, in the High River area during the summer months. Our property management company will send an email to property owners regarding timing each year.
